This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued for services purchased from Areal Proxy (By Areal Infotech). By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.

1. General Rule

• ArealProxy provides digital proxy services. Due to the nature of digital services, purchases are not refunded automatically and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted to our support team with a valid reason.
• All refund requests are reviewed in accordance with this policy and the terms of the applicable payment provider.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Verified technical failure caused directly by ArealProxy
• Service was completely unusable and support could not resolve the issue
• Refund request must be submitted within 3 days after purchase
• To qualify, the purchased product must not have been used beyond the following limits:
  ◦ For per-GB limited products, no more than 500 MB of traffic may have been consumed.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Used or partially used bandwidth
• Incorrect usage or misconfiguration by the user
• Blocked access by third-party websites
• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Change of mind after purchase
• Account suspension due to abuse or illegal activity

4. How To Request Refund

• Please provide your order details and reason for the request.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Excessive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and the policies of the payment provider. We encourage users to contact support before initiating a dispute.

6. Free Trials & Promotions

Free trials, bonuses, or promotional credits are non-refundable and may be revoked at any time.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed using the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and may take several business days.
